4. In 2005, Fall City High School graduates held a reunion at the Colonial Inn in Fall City. (The last class to graduate was in 1944.) Eighteen photos (photographer unknown) of some of the attendees are in the accession folder. Five examples are attached, as well as the photo of the hand-made banner showing the SHARK, the FCHS mascot. A PDF is attached, listing all the names with photo numbers.

19. Stereoscope, Ewing family early 1900s - Wooden stereoscope which donor thinks came to her from her husband's family, the Ewings. She does not remember using it in the Moore family. See image for design: approx 12 inches in overall length, viewing enclosure is 5.5 inches wide, card holder is 7 inches wide. The viewing box is a handsome birdseye maple? finish on the outside, with a velvet band on the edge that would contact the face when used. A "partition" extends forward from the viewing box, to keep the eyes from seeing both sides of the card. Handle on the bottom for holding, which folds flat for storage. The card holder may be moved back and forth on the main axis, presumably to help find the right focal length for each person. MAKERS MARKS: On the bottom of the main wooden axis are two areas of markings. The first says "THE PERFECSCOPE" PATENTED IN USA IN 1895" with informtion on patents in Canada, France, Germany, Austria and Belgium. The second says "WARRANTED UNDERWOOD & UNDERWOOD, TRADE MARK (with design), NEW YORK, USA" HISTORY: See pdf attached as Multimedia file. This design appears to be based on one created in 1861 by Oliver Wendell Holmes; he chose not to patent the design.
