Notebook, complied by Jack Kelley, that contains the history of a few businesses (mostly garages) on the corner of River and Taylor, in Fall City. Today River St. is known as Redmond-Fall City Road, and River is known as Preston-Fall City Road. Also included is an article on Sunset Highway tourism, various garage photographs, writings by Jack, excerpts from,"Fall City in the Valley of the Moon, Fall City High School newspapers, FC business ads, FC business maps, and FC Acreage Tracts from the early 1940s. Notebook cover features Indian Doc, who at one time owned a home in the area. The info. contained in the notebook was part of Jack's research, which was used in preparation for his book, "Jack's History of Fall City." No date given. NOT ALL PAGES SCANNED. |
