Sometimes referred to as "Spruce Battalions." This belonged to Jesse Kelley, but he did not work in this group. The pin LLLL at the top, and Authorized by the Secretary of War at the bottom.

WWII air raid warning siren, Fall City - Hand cranked siren used by Jesse Kelley in Fall City during World War II to warn of attack or air raid by the Japanese. Olive drab-painted Model G hand siren, manufactured by Federal Electric Co., Inc. in Chicago, U.S.A., and stamped "Property of King County War Council". The circular siren is designed to be mounted to a support, and has a handle for operating.
