WWII air raid warning siren, Fall City - Hand cranked siren used by Jesse Kelley in Fall City during World War II to warn of attack or air raid by the Japanese. Olive drab-painted Model G hand siren, manufactured by Federal Electric Co., Inc. in Chicago, U.S.A., and stamped "Property of King County War Council". The circular siren is designed to be mounted to a support, and has a handle for operating.

Washington Pioneers Pins, Fall City - In a small cardboard box (with lid, labelled CHARLES H. LARNE, JEWELER, 229 UNION ST., 1337 3RD AVE., SEATTLE) in the wooden desk belonging to the Jack and Hattie Bush family, early 1900s, were four bronze pins, with fasteners (pin to go through fabric, and hook to hold it in place) on the back, each approx 1/2 inch in diameter. On each was inscribed "WASHINGTON PIONEERS, ORGANIZED 1883" with an image, presumably George Washington, in the center. A single larger (7/8 inch) "button" was included, with PIONEER OF WASHINGTON around the edge and an unknown building in the center. SEE IMAGES.
